It has been a while since I have tried out drawing digitally, and after all this time, I admit I am still not good at this.
I simply retweaked some of the proportions for my previous Annabella lining to draw this. The entire coloring process took almost half a day. I really hope this looks presentable.
Feel free to comment and provide critique, but please go easy on me. I am not a very good digital artist.

It seems to me like you've gotten pretty good at digitally coloring your work. You're certainly capturing the shading details.
