This is my most "ecchi" drawing ever. However, I think this drawing does not require a mature label.
Poor Ryo (the tiny kid). He probably did not deserve this, having to enter his sister's pants (I think it came out wrong). I have to stress that Michiko will never do such a thing, especially to her close ones. Either she is possessed, or there is something just plain wrong with this drawing. I'd go for the latter.
