It looks as if the small knife was rather dropped towards the ground then flung. Maybe it's because of the view we have, and that it was probably easier to draw the flat side of the knife facing us.
And is Li-Ling actually trying to look for Keiko underneath her? Because those heels are off the ground.
(It could very well be political, just there is not enough symbolism :3c)
For your 2nd question: I doubt she can see anything underneath her skirt just yet. XD
I'm still worried though: large Chinese girl after tiny Japanese girl. The implications are still there.
Well, with the implications, I really didn't think about it until I read the description. Usually, if you don't tell anyone, no one will know. >.> Unless it's something very blatant.
Nice rendition but yikes! Feet and knives?! At least they are heels so she has a better chance of surviving vs flat soled shoes.
